We are looking for a Business Development Manager to expand our team. As a Business Development Manager, you are part of the NBD team at Resato Hydrogen Technology, you set up a New Business Development process within the organization and you do this together with a team of specialists in the field of technology and sales. The NBD process is about linking technology to market needs, finding opportunities for technology development and market development. You are the binding factor between marketing, sales, technology and operations when it comes to new products, new markets and taking advantage of opportunities. And help the organization make critical choices based on the strategy pursued.
Because you bring the necessary experience, you will be ultimately responsible for the NBD process within the organization. You are willing to think along with the organization and to guide and support the growing organization where necessary. You can apply stakeholder management and work as a connecting factor between the different disciplines.
As a Business Development Manager
Make the match between the strategy, development roadmap and technology framework
You allow the organization to make critical choices and determine priorities
Gather your market and technical information to make informed decisions
Where necessary, you do the in-depth work yourself, thinking about initiating or conducting market research
You are responsible for setting up the entire NBD process and ensure structure and commitment within the NBD team
You know how the market works and how the competition operates. You are aware of our competitive advantage and know how to safeguard and further expand it in the Hydrogen industry
You act as a business partner for the team including the Development manager, R&D Project managers, COO, CEO, Chief Technologist, Chief IT/OT, Sales Director and Marketing
You implement formats and documents for the NBD process
You provide structure and commitment within the NBD team
Depending on the issues, you connect the right specialists with each other
You bring this
A WO/HBO education in a technical direction such as Industrial Engineering and Management and at least 5 years of experience as a Business Development Manager
You enjoy taking on the challenge within a scale-up
You are a driven connector and team player with a passion for technology
You are a good networker with an eye for the market and you know how stakeholder management works
You are strong in your shoes. Someone who stands strong in his/her shoes
