On a day-to-day basis your main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    Inventory Control & Optimization

  • Maintaining accurate inventory levels across raw materials and components
  • Leading cycle counts, audits, and root cause analysis for discrepancies
  • Driving inventory optimization strategies to reduce stockouts, excess, and obsolescence
  • Managing master data (lead times, MOQ, ABC classification, order policies)
  • Developing and continuously adjusting safety stock levels based on demand variability and service targets
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure effective material flow across the business
  • Production Planning & ISOTIF Performance

  • Owning ISOTIF KPI performance across the Assen facility
  • Monitoring On-Time Delivery and driving gap analysis and improvement plans
  • Coordinating with supply chain and operations to eliminate bottlenecks
  • Supporting production scheduling, ensuring alignment between capacity and demand
  • Providing clear dashboards and insights to leadership teams
  • Working closely with commercial teams to manage lead times and customer expectations
  • SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning)

  • Leading the end-to-end SIOP process across Johnson Pumps locations
  • Building consensus forecasts using both data and commercial input
  • Running scenario planning, capacity analysis, and risk assessments
  • Facilitating Pre-SIOP and Executive SIOP meetings with clear recommendations
  • Monitoring forecast accuracy and driving continuous improvement
  • Translating SIOP outputs into actionable production, procurement, and inventory strategies
  • What You Bring

To succeed in this role, you are structured, analytical, and comfortable working across multiple stakeholders in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
