    Do you get enthusiastic about managing a team and do you have experience as a Senior Assembly employee or Foreman? Then this role is for you :

    Foreman Electrical Engineering and Assembly m/f

    As a Foreman, you ensure that the team of 5 to a maximum of 12 Assembly employees performs optimally. You keep an eye on the substantive controlling component and ensure that the work is carried out properly and the employees are properly trained. In this position you work closely with the Assembly Manager and the Installation Coordinator. Together you plan the orders and discuss any problems and solutions.

    Participate in working groups to speed up assembly work

  • You are responsible for checking the work, both for clarity and completeness
  • You carry out random checks and provide feedback to the Engineering department in case of any deviations
  • You ensure complete administrative handling of internal test protocols and maintain time administration
  • In addition to these controlling tasks, you lead the team. You divide the work, give instructions and motivate the employees
  • You ensure the enforcement of operating, maintenance, occupational health and safety regulations and monitor the quality and quantity of the work

    We are looking for an Electrical Engineering Foreman and an Assembly Foreman who want to grow within our organization with great enthusiasm and initiative.

  • You have an MBO 4 education in electrical engineering, installation technology, mechanical engineering or mechatronics
  • Managerial capabilities and experience as a manager in an assembly environment
  • You have a great sense of responsibility and a flexible attitude
  • You enjoy working in a team and know how to motivate and enthuse your team
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language (advantage)
