Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer an opportunity for a Dutch Language Player Support Specialist to join our gaming department in Sofia, Bulgaria! In this role, you will be the primary support representative for our Dutch-speaking gaming community, ensuring that players receive exceptional assistance and support.
As a Player Support Specialist, you will handle player inquiries, troubleshoot game-related issues, and create a friendly atmosphere for our players. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about gaming and have excellent communication skills to effectively engage with our community.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding support to Dutch-speaking players through email, chat, and social media platforms
- Address technical issues, gameplay queries, and account inquiries
- Log and maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in our support system
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex player inquiries seamlessly
- Collect and communicate player feedback for service enhancements
- Help cultivate a positive gaming community through effective engagement
- Remain informed about the latest gaming trends and updates
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Experience in player support or any customer service role is an advantage
- A strong passion for gaming and knowledge of gaming culture
- Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
- Familiarity with customer support software and gaming platforms is preferred
