Join SPX FLOW as CNC Miller & Programmer
Location: Assen, the Netherlands
Salary: €3,400–€4,200 per month (depending on experience)
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced CNC Miller & Programmer to join our team in Assen. In this role, you will work with advanced 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC milling machines to produce precision components for complex and high-value projects. You will work across a variety of materials including cast iron, bronze, Duplex, and Super Duplex alloys.
Your Responsibilities
Select and configure tools for diverse machining tasks
Accurately set up and secure workpieces
Define machining sequences and program CNC machines (FANUC/MAZATROL preferred)
Contribute to workflow and process improvements
Inspect and measure components to ensure high-quality standards
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
What You Bring
Strong safety mindset
Technical education at MBO level 4 (or equivalent)
CNC programming experience, ideally with FANUC or MAZATROL
Analytical, accurate, and solution-oriented
Able to work independently as well as in a team
