Job Description
- Location: Malaga, Spain or Warsaw, Poland – Relocation is mandatory
- Set up: Hybrid
We are looking for someone to fill the position of Production Support and Administration in the area of electronic platforms. The main duties would be:
- Providing N2 support for the application to the N0 and N1 teams.
- Assisting users in resolving technical or functional issues.
- Updating application components, either due to a version change sent by the supplier, to resolve an incident, or to add new functionality.
- Assisting with production during extended hours, including on-call duty during American market opening hours, holidays, etc.
- Meetings with business, suppliers, and other agents.
- Manage product ticketing for incidents and support.
On-Call Support
- Participate in a weekly on-call rotation shared within the team, covering U.S. business hours from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
- Availability via mobile phone may be required to respond to issues as they arise.
Deployment On-Call Duty

Support software deployments outside of regular business hours, typically on weekends (Saturday or Sunday). This duty generally occurs about once per month.
Qualifications
Required knowledge
To carry out these activities, we need an active person who is eager to learn, decisive.Much of the time will be spent understanding problems and communicating them, so good people skills and communication abilities are essential.
- + 5 years working with ‘ORC’ and ‘Tbricks’ products at both the support and administrator/functional levels.
- General knowledge of markets and electronic trading instruments.
- General knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, and ShellScript.
- Fluent English Level
- Technical and functional knowledge of applications related to electronic market activity, both at the support and administration levels.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to understand problems and communicate them effectively.
