The position
By joining our team in Technology, Digital & Innovation you will have the opportunity to:

As IT Project Leader you might lead medium to large Operational Technlogy-IT, PreOps or IT development -projects within Equinor

Take financial responsibility for the activities and ensure necessary resources to complete/implement.

Ensure timely stakeholder management and technical ladder involvement.

Responsible for operational improvements across teams.

Align prioritization with Product Owner, and allocate and manage resources accordingly.

Contribute to long-term development plans for the external and internal teams.

Use your existing strengths and develop new competence combining your own aspiration and our needs.

Motivate team members to accomplish their goals, and give feedback through our internal competence development.

ABOUT THE TEAM

TDI OG Facilities & Ops IT (FOIT) offers its employees the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, together with broad learning opportunities. We are constantly growing and currently we are 90 internal employees and about 450 external resources .

FOIT represents the IT technology muscle related to advisory, innovation, architecture, design, development, and maintenance of about 600 IT solutions supporting OM & PD areas of Equinor’s offshore and onshore plants including wind and solar.

You

Bachelor within relevant study, experience can compensate for lack of formal education

3 years+ experience as Project Leader

Facilities (Plant) domain knowledge is important

Knowledge about scrum and agile development of IT products

Strong communication skills and ability to story tell way forward according to governing strategies

Fluent English skills, written and oral

Vendor Management competence

Experience with roll-out of solution projects
