The position
By joining our team in CFO FCoE you will have the opportunity to: Be part of Management System Services (MSS) who provide; tools support, training, analytics, and advisory services to support the Equinor organization within the management system area. MSS also supports the development and implementation of Management System (MS) strategy and the team is responsible for the execution of change and improvements.

Play a key role in the digitalization, operation, and development of management system tools, both existing and new applications.

Provide specialist support and advice related to operating and maintaining the MS portfolio.

Hold the Product owner representative role for MS applications, and as product owner hold ownership of the value and outcome of the product in a lifecycle perspective, translate the business strategy into a product vision and prioritize work.

Work with stakeholders and customer representatives from across the business to align their needs with department activities.

Support the MS corporate function in developing and implementing MS strategy and collaborate across business areas.

You

A Master’s degree in a technical subject.

5-7 years of relevant experience.

Fluent in written and spoken English.

Business understanding, an awarness of the diversity of the business, and the ability to balance this with the need for standardization.

Pro-active, service minded and able to deliver results through others.

Ability to navigate in a variety of issues and handle periodic increased activity.
