By joining our team in CFO Functional Center of Excellence you will have the opportunity to:
Work as part of a project management team, providing HSE/SSU (safety, security and sustainability) support to project managers and personnel.
Establish a SSU strategy, and plan and implement it in the day-to-day work of your assigned project.
Support and challenge project team on SSU and Authority relations.
Ensure that Equinor’s SSU initiatives are implemented in the project, and with main contractors and suppliers.
Ensure that project specific SSU risks are managed according to Equinor’s requirements for risk management and assurance.
Work on a range of oil & gas, renewables and low carbon solution projects.

Master’s degree within subjects related to SSU.
3-5 years’ experience within a field related to SSU.
Have the passion and collaboration skills to work as an SSU/HSE role model.
Demonstrate Equinor’s values.
Strong communication and networking skills, able to build strong relationships with colleagues and suppliers.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
