Answering various questions through telephone, e-mail, or via social media. Questions you can expect will be about the online store, products or orders
Advise and inform customers about various Rituals products
Handling complaints and finding suitable solutions for both parties
Giving creative and fun answers through social media
In short, you will ensure that the relaxed and pleasant shopping experience is conveyed over the phone, through e-mail and the social media channels. In conclusion, it will be your responsibility to put a smile on the face of the customer (and of course on your own).
