What are you going to do:
As Customer Success Agent you help us nurture long-lasting relationships with our customers by providing them with timely and professional help, making sure that they are successful in using our system, translating customers’ challenges/needs into actionable tasks and following up on their resolution.
On the daily basis you interact with potential and existing customers by phone, e-mail, live chat and web meetings. Your work revolves around a couple of systems to help you troubleshoot and document customer challenges/needs as well as collaborate with your colleagues.

No minimum education required

It’s a plus if you have previous experience of working in a customer-facing rol
